Dominican Republic extradites fugitive multimillionaire to face fraud conviction in Britain

SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic (AP) — Authorities in the Dominican Republic say they have extradited a fugitive multimillionaire fraudster to Britain. Police said Saturday that Michael Brown was flown to Spain, where he would be turned over to British officials.
